Claire Christine Sargenti is an artist, creatrix, yogini, and healer. She is a strong believer in alternative healing modalities ranging from Eastern Medicine, dietary restrictions, and prayer to art therapy and story telling. Her journey began as a ballet dancer, training with the Joffrey Ballet and serving as Artistic Director for the contemporary ballet company New Bridges Ballet in New York City. As a ballet dancer, she gained tremendous amounts of knowledge on the way the human body works and moves, as well as how to prevent and manage injuries. She then decided to explore the inner workings of the human soul by moving to the most soulful American city she could find: New Orleans. While there, Claire wrote the award winning play Interludes: A New
(Orleans) Play, in which she performs 12 uniquely spirited characters as a one-woman-show. Inspired by the multitude of natural healing techniques practiced in a city so deeply rooted in Voodoo, Claire began to explore the use of crystals, essential oils, herbs, movement, ritual, and energy as forms of healing. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Level 1 Reiki Practitioner, Certified Crystal Therapist, and Wellness Advocate, and loves to combine all of her knowledge and passions to create unique healing experiences. Claire graduated with Honors from New York University, holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, and feels honored to call New Orleans, New York City, and San Diego her home.
